Extensive conversion of the well known historical Dorchester Brewery into multiple residential properties. We are responsible for the supply and fit of approx. 1064m2 of single ply flat roof membrane over tapered insulation over four floors.
Quartz Plus Zinc with standing seams will be fitted to multiple areas across the four floors.
Bespoke PPC Aluminium capping will be installed to add the finishing touches.

This beautiful property over looks the stunning Sandbanks bay. We are lucky to be part of this build.
The main roof measuring approx. 250m2 will be covered in Merayo slates.
Installation of approx. 425m2 of Single Ply flat roof membrane spanning over 9 roof areas.
Lead applied to the cheeks and faces of the dormers.

The Cosmopolitan is the new development of the old Lloyds bank on Commercial Road in Poole. It has been transformed into 80 luxury living apartments.
Our work is to supply and fit 1190m2 of single ply roofing membrane onto tapered insulation scheme.
Supply and fit of promenade tiles on multiple roof levels to allow for outdoor terrace areas.
